GROUP MENTORING

Profile Solutions has been selected by the Northwest Regional Development Agency (NWDA) to deliver group mentoring in an exciting Business Business Mentoring programme in Cheshire, as part of a wider network across the Northwest.

Group Mentoring gives leaders and senior managers who may feel isolated at the top an opportunity to work together with peers to develop their leadership and management skills.

It offers leaders and senior managers the chance to reflect on their own personal and business performance and provides the motivation to build on business success, developing new skills and creating innovative ideas that will help them to grow their business. By nurturing strategies that will allow leaders and senior managers to become more entrepreneurial, group mentoring will enable their business to become more competitive.

Profile Solutions offers access to a wide range of qualified and experienced mentors who will work to a quality framework.

Our team of high calibre business mentors are there to guide you on the way to business and personal success. Understanding the issues around growing your business and introducing innovation in the Business Business Mentoring programmes. Being local and business owners ourselves, we have extensive networks to help deliver the very best mentoring and roles models from the local area.

All Profile Solutions mentors are registered with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC).

The Business Business Mentoring programme is for leaders and senior managers of small business who:

     -     have been trading for a minimum of 1 year;

     -     have less than £500k turnover per year;

     -     have a leadership/management role in the company;

     -     are looking to improve their leadership skills;

     -     are looking to grow their business;

     -     are not currently receiving Agency funded LEAD, High Growth Coaching or Business Start Up Support;

     -     are not located in Local Economic Growth Initiative (LEGI) funded areas or in receipt of LEGI funded support.

     -     are not in receipt of Working Neighbourhood Fund (WNF) initiative support or funded support.

Mentors are provided at no cost to the business. Clients need to commit a few hours each month to meet their group.

Key Programme Elements:

Leadership & Management Development Sessions

     -     Sessions facilitated around key areas of leadership & management development

     -     Topics shared and discussed for group learning

Role Model Sessions

     -     Local successful SME business leader will join group and share their experiences of business and leadership development

Competency Development Sessions

     -     Sessions will have directive facilitator input around a specific competency or competencies identified by the group

Creative Techniques

     -     Sessions will use a variety of creative techniques and tools to build leadership and management awareness

Six NWDA Group mentoring workshops are run every month; over the programme period usually between 6pm and 9pm.
