INSPIRE is the Customer Experience programme for NHS Trusts from Inspiration NW, created to help you give great service experience by providing tailored support to your staff.

Through our Inspiration Strategy we have committed ourselves to providing an excellent customer service experience to everyone who contacts us. Our Strategy for Delivering a Great Customer Experience sets out how we intend to achieve this aim. Putting yourselves in the shoes of your customers and treating them in an open and honest way is a key part of this strategy. However, you must recognise the responsibility of the public to treat your staff with respect.
