Offered by Profile Solutions of Chester, The Lean Leadership Academy ™ provides a robust framework for delivering organisational change including:

-     Executive Alignment to the improvement drive, covering the strategic vision to delivery

-     Detailed training for your selected employees on the Lean and Leadership Tools & Techniques, to embed into your organisation

-     On-going support and mentorship to the main catalysts for change within your organisation

You will have access to a unique suite of workshops, training material and support to help guide your organisation through the “Lean Journey”.

Coupled with expert facilitation, training and coaching will help the whole organisation to understand the changes they need to make in order to maximise the impacts of the Lean drive.

How long does it take?

The Lean Leadership Academy ™ programme is typically over 6 months, as this helps start to embed the new practises in the organisation. This starts with an executive alignment programme over 2-3 days to get the plan in place and have commitment for the programme. Here you will work with our specialist trainers, coaches and mentors for business change.

Then over the next 6 months you will be supported by a series of workshops to ensure your business understands and implements a successful Lean Programme, embedding this into your culture.
